About this service
This is the room Rwanda holds its summits in: a tiered auditorium under the dome at Kimihurura, seating 2,600 theatre-style, with simultaneous interpretation booths, a full stage and a control room behind the back row.
The day rate is for the hall and its technical crew — sound, lighting, projection and a stage manager. Interpreters, catering and the breakout rooms along the concourse are quoted on top, because almost no two events use the same combination.
Load-in is the evening before at no extra charge, which is what makes a same-day set-up possible. The hotel needs the room specification fourteen days ahead for anything involving rigging.
